Innovive Privacy
Types of Information Collected

Innovive collects certain personal and corporate information from you when you access and use the Innovive website. This information includes your name, title, address, telephone number, and email address. Innovive also receives and records information from your browser, including your IP Address, the type of browser you are using, the URL you just came from, the URL you are going to, and any information or page(s) you request.

Innovive may also use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of our site to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and to promote security. "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing customized services. We may offer certain features that are only available through the use of a "cookie". Cookies can also help us provide information that is targeted to your interests. Most cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on our site. You can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by visiting Google's Ads Preferences Manager.

Innovive may also collect information by seeking your response to inquiries or by receiving information from users unsolicited. Innovive is the sole owner of the information it gathers on its site.

Use of Information

The information collected by Innovive is used primarily for purposes of monitoring and regulating traffic on our website. Innovive may also use such information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our products and services, and to improve or customize our site's content, layout, and services.

As a matter of policy, Innovive does not sell, rent, or share with any third party information collected from our website, including any personally identifiable information about you. Innovive may use your information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the site. By accepting the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information.

Innovive may aggregate its user profile information to derive general demographic and statistical information about its customers and how they interact with Innovive. The aggregate information will not identify users specifically. This information will be used internally to improve our web site, service offerings, operations and customer service. Innovive may also share aggregated demographic information with third parties, such as advertisers and business partners. No one with whom Innovive shares this aggregated information will be able to identify you or contact you without your consent.

Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse your information that they collect from our site. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will always remain private.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to facilitate the operation of the Site or the development, distribution, promotion and sale of our products and services. In connection with such activities we may provide directly to such service providers some of your personally identifiable information. In some instances, the third-party service provider may collect information directly from you (such as the situation where we ask an internal service provider to conduct a survey for us). In these cases, you will be notified of the involvement of the third-party service provider, and all information disclosures you make will be strictly optional. In all cases, the third-party service providers' use of information we supply them is restricted by confidentiality agreements. If you provide additional information to a third-party service provider directly, then their use of your information is governed by their applicable privacy policy.

Other Corporate Entities

Innovive reserves the right to share Collected Information with Innovive subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent entities now or hereafter existing. This Privacy Policy shall govern the use and disclosure of information provided to these entities.

Innovive may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on our site.
